Ballistech Gift Vouchers

Terms and Conditions for All Vouchers:

• Vouchers are for single use only and are subject to availability.

• In some instances, it's necessary to contact Ballistech in advance to utilize or redeem your voucher, quoting the unique voucher number during the initial reservation.

• Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and are non-refundable.

• The expiry date of the voucher is clearly marked on the voucher itself and is valid through that date.

• Vouchers cannot be returned for a refund.

• To redeem the voucher, a printed PDF of the voucher, featuring the unique serial number, must be presented. Each voucher is valid for one-time use only. Delivery of Vouchers:

• Vouchers are electronically delivered to the email address specified at the time of purchase, directed either to the buyer or to the gift recipient as per the buyer's instruction. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the voucher is correctly addressed. Ballistech is not liable for any loss resulting from an email voucher being blocked by email filters or firewalls, or due to an incorrect email address being provided by the buyer.

Refunds and Cancellations:

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.

Risk of Loss:

• Ballistech is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or vouchers used without the buyer’s permission. The risk of loss transfers to the purchaser at the moment the voucher is transmitted electronically to the intended recipient.

Fraud:

• Ballistech reserves the right to cancel any voucher issued, close accounts, and/or request alternative payment methods if a voucher is found to be fraudulently obtained and used for purchases.
